Jorge Clothing is the way for party dressing
Jorge is one of our favourite brands for party-wear – and it’s our New Year’s resolution to wear more of the Aussie label.
Offering sleek sophistication, supreme quality and cutting edge design all under one roof, all Jorge Clothing pieces are super versatile; the timeless and fashion forward items will work all the way from Christmas Day to summer.
Here I’ve styled my favourite Jorge outfits from the latest collections:
Jules Bodysuit in Charcoal with the Monique skirt
I love the Jules bodysuit more than words can explain. There are too many reasons. Let’s give it a go.
- The straps are the perfect width and distance
- The square neck / boob tube effect is very on-trend and flattering
- Pushes your boobs into the ideal position
- Instant tummy tuck
- Magical cut at the bottom meaning NO VPL – ever.
I’ve paired the charcoal colour which I really love, a nice alternative to black which I’m kinda really attached to, with the Monique skirt – a vegan leather mini which everyone knows is one of the most versatile items in a girl’s wardrobe.
This outfit works with some heels like my cage sandals or some lace up ankle boots. I think silver jewellery is best and I’ve gone for hoops (again, very attached). Hair don’t worry too much about but do a smoky eye – I used the Urban Decay Smoky palette.
Alexa Pant with Jules Bodysuit in White
Let’s talk about the Alexa Pant. What’s not to love… As you can see above it creates a curve on slim-hipped girls like me thanks to pleats at the pockets and the waist belt-style thick elastic waistband.
The pants are stretchy and shiny and make a great party pant come office trouser (if you are that cool)
The white Jules Bodysuit is super gorgeous just like the others I’ve tried. The white is not like a beaming bright brilliant white but a slightly creamy off-white which I much prefer.
Your nipples will show through this one as the others (mine maybe tend to make more of an appearance than other people’s…) but – crucially – it’s not actually see-through at all. You can go braless.
I’ve gone for the same shoes and jewellery because I don’t get the boots out unless I really need to. It’s cold in England and (even sometimes in Australian summer during the evenings!) so we’re wanting to wear layers when we can, but it’s not a cute look to turn up to a party covered top to toe.
Lyla Cami and Alexa Pant
I have the Lyla Cami in black and white and I love both colours equally. They’re cut perfectly to fan out in a feminine with not OTT style at the hip, the length is also spot on, albeit slightly on the long side for a girl of 5ft 3″.
Add the Alexa Pant, heels, jewellery and a smoky eye.
Don’t report me but I have a penchant for wearing tops like this both out and to bed. Silky satin fabrics feel so lovely on the skin so you could easy curl up for a good night’s sleep in them, while the shimmer make them glamorous and sultry too.
