Pancake Day: Make these AMAZING and healthy protein pancakes
Vicky brings you some of her favourite protein pancake recipes that taste insane and won’t mess up your diet!
BERRY PROTEIN STACK
Fancy something fruity with your pancakes? Then this will do the trick!
1 scoop of protein
Milk (I used Alpro hazelnut milk)
Blend then fry with coconut oil. I topped mine with alpro yoghurt and frozen berries with cinnamon.
I made these toffee popcorn pancakes which are (Gluten free, dairy free & vegan) 💖 with:
1 scoop of plant-based protein powder
1 tbs coconut oil
1 banana blended with almond milk and water
1 Battle oats bar
Coconut milk / Alpro hazelnut milk
Sweet freedom chocolate pot (only 13 cals per teaspoon)
Blend all the ingredients leaving half of the battle oats bar out and the chocolate sauce. Next fry in coconut oil until cooked. Transfer to a plate and top with cinnamon, sweet freedom sauce and the rest of the battle oats bar chopped into chunks!
